THE CHALLENGE
The London Real Estate Group is operated by Wanda Latuszak, a London, Ontario-based real estate professional with an eye for perfection. Our challenge was providing her with solutions that positioned her as a real estate thought leader.

OUR APPROACH
Real estate is a dynamic field that is in constant flux, so the majority of this challenge was conducting accurate research about market trends, features, styles, architecture, local events, and featured properties, so that our content reflected Wanda’s thought leadership. This research needed to be conducted on a regular basis due to the shifting nature of real estate. Apart from this, we aimed to create a meaningful logo, consistent branding materials, and templates that we could use for social media marketing, animations, and the website.
SOCIAL MEDIA
The social media marketing materials we provided to Wanda were divided into three categories (professionals, community, and general public) on every social network, with unique designs and topics intended to appeal to every audience on each platform. We would regularly adjust our content strategy if we discovered that certain posts performed better or worse than others, and we took note of any engagement increase that occurred. The London Real Estate Group’s social media following grew significantly under our careful watch.

ANIMATED LISTINGS
Since Wanda sells many properties that offer luxurious features, we aimed to provide an animated listing that matched this overall theme. This simple yet effective animation gives viewers an overview of must-know information about featured properties, including size, price, and stand-out features.

THE OUTCOME
Our solution focused on providing the London Real Estate Group with clean designs, convincing and authoritative written copy, and dynamic multimedia (photography and animations). Wanda wanted to work directly with us, and make final decisions about all of the content we produced for her. However, she gave us artistic and creative leeway within the confines of her expectations: namely that her expertise is highlighted and reinforced by our content. To this end, we were successful because we helped portray her as a real estate thought leader.
